Once a campaign starts sending, its page in **Campaigns** turns into a report. It shows how many messages went out, how many shoppers clicked and ordered, the revenue those orders brought in, and the return on the estimated Meta cost (ROAS).

## Which orders count for a campaign?

RocketCart credits an order to a campaign in three cases:

| The order… | Window |
| --- | --- |
| Comes from a shopper who tapped a link in the campaign | Within 7 days of the click |
| Has a landing page link that came from the campaign | Within 7 days of the campaign start |
| Uses a phone number the campaign was delivered to | Within 3 days of delivery |

Each order counts once. RocketCart tags credited orders in Shopify with `RocketCart Campaign <id>` and the campaign name, so you can find them in your orders list.

Note

Click tracking needs the **Campaign Tracking** app embed. Without it, RocketCart can’t see campaign visits on your store and credits fewer orders. See [turn on the app embeds](/docs/getting-started/turn-on-app-embeds/).

## What does the report show?

**Sending progress** (**Summary** when finished): “{sent} of {total} sent”, plus how many failed, were undelivered or were skipped. Skipped reasons are no phone, duplicates, opted out and over limit.

**Conversion funnel**: Sent, Delivered, Clicked and Ordered, with the estimated cost next to Delivered and the revenue next to Ordered.

**Performance**:

| Figure | How it is worked out |
| --- | --- |
| Revenue | The total of credited orders |
| Estimated cost | Delivered messages × an estimated Meta rate for each recipient’s country |
| ROAS | Revenue ÷ estimated cost, shown like `12.5×` |
| Orders | Credited orders |
| Avg order value | Revenue ÷ orders |
| Conversion rate | Orders ÷ delivered messages, capped at 100% |

The conversion rate can’t go above 100%, but the stages can look uneven, because an order can count through the phone number without a click.

**Campaign orders**: the credited orders, newest first, with **Order**, **Date**, **Customer**, **Payment** status and **Revenue**. Click an order number to open it in Shopify.

## What do the figures on the Campaigns page mean?

The tiles at the top of **Campaigns** cover all campaigns started in the last 30 days: **Revenue · 30d**, **Estimated cost · 30d**, **ROAS · 30d** and **Conversion rate · 30d**. The table shows the same figures per campaign. They read “—” until a campaign has sent at least one message.

A **Top** badge marks your best campaigns by revenue. The Dashboard’s **Campaigns** card shows the same 30-day summary and the **Top campaign**.

## Why is the cost an estimate?

RocketCart works the cost out from Meta’s marketing rates, not from your Meta invoice. The app says the estimate “may differ from Meta’s actual charges”. See [WhatsApp costs and limits](/docs/whatsapp/whatsapp-costs-and-limits/).

## Why did my campaign stop?

A **Stopped** campaign shows the reason in a banner at the top, for example “the audience has no customers with a valid phone number” or “the WhatsApp sender’s quality rating dropped too low to send campaigns”. Fix the cause, then click **Resume campaign**.

If a banner says “Daily sending limit reached”, nothing is wrong: sending carries on by itself the next day.
