The **Dashboard** is the first screen in RocketCart. From top to bottom it shows your plan, the setup guide or app status, your WhatsApp connection, your progress against the plan cost, campaign and back in stock summaries, the abandonment funnel, and recovered revenue.

## What is in the Dashboard header?

| Control | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Connected** / **Disconnected** | Shows if your store is connected to RocketCart. When it is disconnected, the button next to it reads **Connect now** |
| **RocketCart Dashboard** | Opens the RocketCart web dashboard in a new tab. See [the RocketCart web dashboard](/docs/dashboard/rocketcart-web-dashboard/) |
| Language switcher (globe icon) | Changes the language of the app for you |

![The language switcher open in the Dashboard header, listing the app languages](/docs-media/en/dashboard/language-switcher-800.webp)

The app comes in 14 languages: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Português (Brasil), Português (Portugal), Polski, Magyar, العربية, Bahasa Indonesia, हिन्दी and Suomi. Your choice is saved in this browser only. It doesn’t change the language shoppers receive. For that, see [languages](/docs/settings/languages/).

## What do the cards at the top show?

**Your plan.** Your plan name and the days left. The days turn red at 3 or fewer. On the Free plan the banner also shows **Recommended upgrade** with Pro at $29.99 and an **Upgrade** button, which opens Shopify’s plan page.

**Setup guide** or **App status.** New stores see the 3-step setup guide. After it is complete or skipped, the **App status** card shows **Active**. See [setup guide](/docs/getting-started/setup-guide/).

**WhatsApp connection.** Connect or switch WhatsApp on and off. See [connect WhatsApp](/docs/whatsapp/connect-whatsapp/).

**Plan progress.** On Free, progress toward the $100 free recovery limit. On Pro, how close your recovered revenue is to covering the plan cost. Both are explained in [the ROI estimate](/docs/dashboard/roi-estimate/).

Pro plan

On Pro, the banner shows only your plan name and the days left, with no upgrade offer.

## What do the Campaigns and Back in stock cards show?

These two cards appear only when there is something to show.

| Card | Shows | Appears when |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Campaigns** | **Revenue · 30d**, **Attributed orders**, **Conversion rate** and **ROAS** for the last 30 days, plus the **Top campaign** once a campaign has earned revenue | You have campaign figures |
| **Back in stock** | **Shoppers waiting**, **Alerts sent**, **Orders recovered**, **Revenue recovered** and the **Most wanted** product | A shopper has joined a waitlist, or a back in stock message is live |

**View all** opens the full page. More in [campaign results](/docs/campaigns/campaign-results/) and [waitlist and Notify](/docs/back-in-stock/waitlist-and-notify/).

## What does the Abandonment funnel mean?

The funnel covers the last 90 days. Each step shows a count and a percentage.

| Step | What it counts | Percentage |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Abandoned carts** | Abandoned checkouts imported in the period | 100% |
| **Messages sent** | Recovery emails and WhatsApp messages actually sent | Of all messages planned |
| **Opened** | Emails opened plus WhatsApp messages read | Of messages sent |
| **Clicked** | Emails and WhatsApp messages clicked | Of messages sent |
| **Recovered** | Recovered carts where the shopper opened or clicked an email, or clicked a WhatsApp link | “of followed-up carts”: carts that got their last message, or were recovered after a message |

**View details** opens [recovery results](/docs/recovery/recovery-results/).

## What do the Performance figures mean?

| Figure | What it counts |
| --- | --- |
| **Total Revenue** | All revenue RocketCart has recovered since you installed it |
| **Recoverable Revenue** | The value of carts that are still abandoned |
| **Recovered Revenue** | Revenue recovered in the last 30 days |
| **By channel** | Recovered revenue per channel, WhatsApp and Email, since you installed RocketCart |

The card carries a **Last 30 days** badge, but only **Recovered Revenue** covers 30 days. **Total Revenue** and **By channel** count everything since install.

Only recoveries where the shopper engaged count here: the shopper opened or clicked an email, or clicked a WhatsApp link. When a cart got both an email and a WhatsApp message, its revenue shows under both channels. SMS and Push are listed as **Coming soon**.

## What does “How RocketCart works” link to?

The banner at the bottom sums up the three stages, Detect, Recover and Convert. **Learn more** opens the how-it-works page on getrocketcart.com. The same stages are explained in [how RocketCart works](/docs/getting-started/how-rocketcart-works/).

Note

On a Shopify development store, a banner at the top says no recovery emails will be sent to customers. That is by design.
