The RocketCart web dashboard is a second view of your RocketCart account, outside Shopify. It shows the same data as the app and adds a few things: a list of every abandoned cart, a button to reload carts from Shopify, a step-by-step recovery timeline per cart, and a support form. You don’t change any settings there.

## How do I open the web dashboard?

1. Open the RocketCart **Dashboard** in your Shopify admin.
2. Click **RocketCart Dashboard** in the header.
3. The web dashboard opens in a new browser tab, already logged in.

The button logs you in with a one-time link that works once and only for 10 minutes. If the tab shows an error or a login page, go back to the app and click **RocketCart Dashboard** again. You don’t need a password.

If the header shows **Connect now** instead, your store is not connected yet. Click it first.

## What can I do in the web dashboard?

| Page | What it adds |
| --- | --- |
| Dashboard | The same funnel, revenue and campaign figures as the app. See [the Dashboard explained](/docs/dashboard/dashboard-explained/) |
| Abandoned Carts | Every imported cart, with tabs **All**, **Abandoned**, **Recovered** and **Recovered with Engagement**, a detail view per cart, and **Reload Abandoned Carts from Shopify** |
| Recovery | Each cart’s recovery sequence: First Touch, Follow Up and Last Chance, with send, open, click and order times per message |
| WhatsApp, Campaigns, Back in stock | The same screens as in the app |
| Support | A form to send a message to the RocketCart team |

On the Free plan, the web dashboard also shows the $100 free recovery limit card and an **Upgrade** button in the sidebar. Both open Shopify’s plan page.

## How do I reload abandoned carts from Shopify?

Use this if you think a recent checkout is missing.

1. Open **Abandoned Carts**.
2. Click **Reload Abandoned Carts from Shopify**.
3. Click **Reload Carts** to confirm.

RocketCart imports the abandoned checkouts from the last 7 days and shows “Abandoned carts synced successfully.” Carts it already has are not duplicated. If a checkout is still missing, see [no carts showing](/docs/troubleshooting/no-carts-showing/).

## Can I delete a cart?

Yes, carts that are not recovered. Open the cart’s row menu, choose delete and confirm. Recovered carts can’t be deleted.

## What does “Recovered with Engagement” mean?

A recovered cart where the shopper opened or clicked an email, or clicked a WhatsApp link, before ordering. Those are the recoveries the revenue figures count. The **Recovered** tab also includes orders placed without any of that. More in [recovery results](/docs/recovery/recovery-results/).

Note

Settings, your logo, the discount and the sending domain are managed in the Shopify app only. The web dashboard has no settings pages.
