You can send the RocketCart team a feature request, a bug report, a suggestion or a general question from inside the app. Open **Request a Feature** in the app menu, fill in the form and click **Submit Feedback**.

## How do I send a request?

1. In the Shopify admin, open RocketCart and click **Request a Feature** in the app menu.
2. Under **Request Type**, choose **Feature**, **Bug**, **Suggestion** or **General**.
3. In **Email**, enter the address where you want the reply.
4. In **Title**, write a short summary.
5. In **Description**, explain what you need.
6. Click **Submit Feedback**.

You see **Feedback submitted successfully!** when it has been sent.

## What do the fields mean?

| Field | What to enter | Required |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Request Type** | **Feature** for something new, **Bug** for something broken, **Suggestion** for an improvement, **General** for anything else, including questions. Starts on **Feature**. | Yes |
| **Email** | Where the team can reach you | Yes |
| **Title** | One line, for example “Show recovered revenue per week” | Yes |
| **Description** | The details | Yes |

## What makes a request easy to act on?

- **For a bug:** say which screen you were on, what you clicked, what you expected and what happened instead. Copy any error message word for word.
- **For a feature:** describe the problem you want to solve, not only the solution. “I can’t tell which email brought the order back” is more useful than “add a column”.
- One request per form. Two separate ideas are easier to track as two submissions.

## What do the error messages mean?

| Message | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| **Email is required** | Enter your email address. |
| **Invalid email format** | Check the address for typos, for example a missing `@`. |
| **Title is required** | Add a short title. |
| **Description is required** | Add a description. |
| **Something went wrong. Please try again.** | The form was not sent. Wait a moment and click **Submit Feedback** again. |
