You pay Meta for the WhatsApp messages you send, not RocketCart. The app states it on the WhatsApp card: “Meta bills you directly at standard rates, with no markup or per-message commission from RocketCart.” How much you can send depends on your number’s quality rating and its daily limit at Meta.

## How much does a WhatsApp message cost?

Meta sets the price. It charges per message and the rate depends on the recipient’s country. RocketCart sends every message as a marketing template, so marketing rates apply.

Before you send a campaign, RocketCart shows an **Estimated cost**:

| Line | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| **Estimated Meta cost** | Reachable customers × an estimated Meta marketing rate, in USD |
| **App fee** | $0.00 |
| **Total** | The two added up |

The estimate is a guide. The app says it “may differ from Meta’s actual charges”. Your Meta invoice is the real figure.

## What is the quality rating?

Meta rates every WhatsApp Business number on how shoppers respond to it. RocketCart shows the rating next to the **Campaigns** page title:

| Badge | Meta rating | Campaigns and back in stock alerts |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **High quality** | Green | Can send |
| **Medium quality** | Yellow | Blocked |
| **Low quality** | Red | Blocked |

At Medium or Low you can still save a campaign as a draft. Submit it once Meta restores your rating. Recovery messages are not blocked by the rating.

To keep the rating up: send only to customers who expect to hear from you, keep messages relevant, and don’t send the same audience too often. Recovery and campaign messages end with “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”, and RocketCart stops messaging anyone who replies STOP.

## How many messages can I send per day?

Meta gives each number a daily messaging limit, in steps of 250, 1,000, 2,000, 10,000 and 100,000 messages, or unlimited. RocketCart uses at most 75% of that limit per day for campaigns and back in stock alerts together, and runs one campaign at a time.

When a campaign hits the limit, it shows “Daily sending limit reached” and carries on by itself the next day. Back in stock alerts that don’t fit stay on the waitlist; press **Notify** again later to send them.

## What does LIMITED on the WhatsApp card mean?

Sending from your number is rate-limited. The badge shows next to **ACTIVE** or **OFF** on the **WhatsApp connection** card.

## Does RocketCart charge for WhatsApp?

No. Your RocketCart plan covers the app, and Meta bills the messages. See [Free and Pro plans](/docs/plans-and-billing/free-and-pro-plans/).
