  1. Send a WhatsApp broadcast to your Shopify customers

A RocketCart campaign is a WhatsApp broadcast. Pick a template, write the message, choose an audience and a start time, and it sends once Meta approves it.

  2. WhatsApp campaign results and ROAS

RocketCart credits an order to a campaign if it comes within 7 days of a click or 3 days of delivery. ROAS is that revenue divided by the estimated Meta cost.
