Install RocketCart, work through the setup guide and turn on the app embeds, so cart recovery runs by itself.

  1. How RocketCart works

    RocketCart imports your Shopify abandoned checkouts every hour and follows up with up to 3 emails and, if you connect WhatsApp, a WhatsApp message.

  2. Install RocketCart on Shopify

    Install RocketCart from the Shopify App Store, approve the permissions, choose Free or Pro on Shopify's plan page, and the app opens on its Dashboard.

  3. The RocketCart setup guide

    The Setup guide on your Dashboard has 3 steps: connect your store, upload a logo, and finish 5 account checkpoints in Settings.

  4. Turn on the RocketCart app embeds

    RocketCart has two app embeds, Campaign Tracking and Back in stock button. You switch them on in your Shopify theme editor under App embeds and save.

  5. Turn off Shopify's abandoned checkout email when you use RocketCart

    RocketCart sends its own recovery emails, so turn off Shopify's abandoned checkout email and any Klaviyo abandoned checkout flow, or shoppers get two reminders.
